I am a bona fide holistic spirit, who chooses herbal tea over Starbucks, workout DVDs over running ragged and water over wine. I believe in renewing myself by making choices that help me feel feminine and that are also good for my body and the earth.
One of the best ways to relax is to have a piping hot cup of Red Clover Herbal Tea every day. It tastes delicious but also has some ah-mazing benefits for the body. It makes my skin look luminous, boosts my immune system and helps with those… ahem…feminine issues.
To help renew my body and my soul, I steer clear of eating red meat and pork. I also love to exercise, but instead of pounding away on the treadmill, I like to use fun DVDs like “Catwalk Confidence” or “African Beat/Latin Heat”.
My biggest stress deterrent is writing, which helps me express my ideas and creativity. I credit this passion of mine as the reason people consistently guess my age is 28. A lady never tells, but I’ll give you a hint…. I’m well past 28.
Favorite Naya Shoe: I really love the Maher. I walked around all day in this adorable wedge in 80-degree heat and I was comfortable the whole time.
